Transcription rates will vary depending on the project at hand. We want to make sure you have a clear understanding of how your billing would be structured and what it entails to provide an accurate quote for all projects. 

For example, per minute fees range from $2.49-$3.49 based on different factors: number of speakers, quality assurance level requested from client (edited vs. unedited) ,and volume discounts available.

Certified legal transcription starts at $30/man hour and $300-$350/audio hour.

However, some clients require additional documentation via an NDA before they are comfortable with sharing their sensitive data and insights with us. As such, we can both produce one for them or sign theirs if it comes from another organization that the client’s legal team has already vetted.
